Are my transactions secure?

We value your privacy. Our 3rd party booking engine is on a secure server that no one else, except you, is authorized to use. Your credit card details are required to secure your booking. This will guarantee that we hold your room until your scheduled check out. Your credit card will be charged the rate you reserved.

Do you have promotions?

Yes we do have promos from time to time. Check out our promo page for our current promos.

Can I store my luggage?

Certainly! We can hold your bags up to 24 hours.

Do you have early check in / late check out?

Early Check-in / Late check out is subject to availability. Corresponding rates will apply depending on the requested time of Check-In / Check-Out.

What time is check in / check out?

Check in is at 2pm and Check out is at 12 noon

- Hotel Policies -

No show policy

Guests who do not arrive within twenty-four (24) hours of the expected check-in date and time will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made two (2) days prior to the expected arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total amount of the reservation.

Other room policies

  • The hotel has the right to remove guest belongings from the room after check out time if the room is already reserved.
  • Bringing of pets is strictly not allowed.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee should there be stained linens, odor, losses or breakages in the room for the duration of the stay.
  • The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary actions under any of the following cases:
    • Failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount.
    • Self-check-out: The hotel is authorized to charge the credit card indicated herein.
    • Guest refuses to conform to the hotel’s rules and policies

Incidental Deposit Policy

Incidentals deposit of Php 1,000 will be collected upon check-in.

Reservation Terms & Conditions

Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso per room per night on double occupancy. Add Php350 net per person to avail of Buffet Breakfast. All guests are required to register and present a valid ID upon Check-In.

Modification Policy

Amendments on Check-In and Check-Out dates may be made without penalty up to three (3) days before the expected arrival date and are subject to availability. Exceptions may apply.

What new guest policies has your hotel adopted?

We value and respect the safety of our guests and our team. ALL guests are required to:

  • Wear a face mask (that fully covers the mouth) in common areas at all time. This is a hotel policy as well as a government policy. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
ALL guests who experience or show any of the following will not be allowed to enter the property:
  • A body temperature of 37.7c and above
  • Have a cough and difficulty breathing

What are your new housekeeping policies?

For your safety and the safety of our team, we are practicing a minimal contact process for all our housekeeping activities.

  • Room cleaning will be cleaned every 3 days (minimum) or after the guest checks out of the room (whichever comes first)
  • Guest requests that require room entry will be handled on a case-to-case basis depending on the request.
